The Board of Directors has adopted the By-Laws.

The IRS has issued a Letter of Determination confirming our Tax Exempt status as a 501(c)(3) Public Charity.

Donations to ACAT, Inc., are deductible from income tax to the full extent of the law.

As required by law, our initial Form 1023 and Additional Information (which together constitute our complete Form 1023 filing) are available along with other Financial and Legal Documents legally required to be made easily available to the public.
